July 14, Pristina, was held a protest with the slogan “protect local products” The purpose of the protest was to protect domestic production, functional controlling of suspicions import products and regulation of the legal framework for regulating imports. In protest besides Milk Producers Association and the Dairy Processors Association attended also representatives of civil society, Vetvendosje and the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo.
At the end of the protest, milk producers and processors have thrown foreign milk products inside the courtyard of the Government.
