The first annual strategic meeting of the Action for Mothers and Children Medical Committee

The first annual strategic meeting of the Action for Mothers and Children Medical Committee was organized on September, 29th 2015. All the Committee Member and Action staff where present at the meeting. The purpose of the meeting was to engage the medical committee in the strategic planning process. During the meeting, current and new projects where discussed, how they can be improved and better implemented, based on the experience from the committee members. Proposals for concrete programmes with the goal of improving the current situation of the Neonatal and Pediatric unit at the Hospital and University Clinical Services of Kosovo, where developed during the meeting.
