The Municipal Working Council for Trainings and Professional Education held second meeting in Peja

The project Pro-Skills gathers the municipal working council for trainings and professional education for second time in Peja municipality. Aim of the meeting was to share the findings with group about deficiency competencies and skills in industry of tourism, ICT, wood processing and metal processing. Besides, presentation of findings has been discussed also on training needs and the need to develop concept paper to update and adjust the existing curricula’s, realization of awareness campaigns and development of internship and mentoring programs , In next following months will be worked on developing first concept documents on how to overcome educational system hurdles towards labour market needs. The project is implemented by Institute for trainings and economic development and supported by Solidar Suisse Kosova.
