Job |Shadowing training has been held with students of vocational schools of economic and technical in Peja municipality

30 students from Peja Technical School – ICT Branch, and Economic School- Tourism Branch, attended a preparatory training for the Job Shadowing activity that is going to follow the two coming weeks. The training focused on the basic communication skills and ethics needed in the work environment, innovative and creative careers in the field of tourism and ICT, and Job Shadowing itself, as a practical work experience. Youngsters worked in groups to: discover the implications and importance of choosing a career that fits their interests, and create ideas of possible careers in the fields that interests them.
Finally, the participants were asked to draft a CV and Motivation letter which were reviewed and sent back with comments and suggestions. As a follow up, the 30 youngsters will have the opportunity to experience two days of active participation in Job Shadowing.
