Certification of teachers in Klina municipality on career counselling

June 8, 2016 about 20 new teachers of primary schools in municipality Klina have been certified. With this, Peja region covering Istog, Decane, Klina , Peja and Gjakova have improved and increased the teacher’s capacities in support of general reform in education sector respectively in implementation of career counselling or orientation at primary schools. Career counselling and orientation will be of fundamental help in determination and streaming pupils for their professional future by selecting adequate secondary education based on motivation factors, interests and education streaming thus contributing in correct informing and correct career decision. Furthermore, orientation and career counselling contributes in improvement of education achievement, improvement of preparation and participation in secondary education, shorter path to labour market for students and increase of employee’s productivity.
