7 April: training: Education and career counselling with teachers of primary school In Kilna municipality. After successful implementation of the training on career counselling in Peja, istog and Gjakova project Mismatch is continuing such trainings in municipality of Decane and Istog.Structure of the programme is of the European model, which fit to Kosovo context. The model of 5 steps consist of:

Information on occupations
Education paths
Real meetings
Decision-taking
The programme aims to empower students’ decision-making capacity and it should integrate two key components: the empowerment of I (personal competence), and Work knowledge (objective competence and methods competence). While the through teachers’ training we aim to support young people to replace their decision strongly influenced so far by factors, such as; parents, teachers, friends, mentality, and so on, with a decision-making by the very students based on arguments and self-research.
