“LIVES” Documentary Premiere Continues

On the 8th and 10th of June, BSFK continued to show the premiere of the documetary “LIVES” which presents some of the reasons of the short life expectancy of the ashkali, egjiptian, and roma communities. In these events, BSFK also presented 5 Policy Briefs with the findings about the health rpoblems of the three communities and the recommendations to improve their lives. The premiere of the documentary film was held in the Main Family Medicine Center in Kastriot, and also in two “Learning Centers” in Plemetin. The purpose of this project is to raise awarness of the citizens of Kosovo and the institutions about the problems which these communities face, and the presentation of some recommendations on how to improve the health and living situation of these communities.
