Health Union Federation of Kosova in collaboration with Solidar Suisse in the end of 2013 have realized a questioner with health employees/professionals in main family medicine centers, regional hospitals and in main university clinic of Kosova. Aim of questioner was gathering information regarding payment preferences of health professionals towards implementation of health insurance scheme.
Initially, the participants were informed about activities by project advisor Mr. Blerim Delija an about position paper of Health Union Federation vis-via health insurance scheme in lobbying with Ministry of Health through dialog group on implementation of health insurance scheme expect salaries to be given also awards.
Participants asked to do the same questioner with nursing level of health institutions by pointing out that the same constitute high number of employees and their role in offering health services is crucial.
