This organization aims the raising awareness about the importance of including patients in the decision making. More specifically, the theme of this workshop is: patient participation in the decision making does not necessarily imply that the patients must know, understand, and have all the skills of the technical details of a health treatment, but must be able to decide on his/her own in which fields of his health treatment he should participate, what are the risks which he/she might face, and primarily what are the resources available to him/her. The participation of the patient in the decision making is one of the most difficult processes of self-explanation and self-convincing.
