Labor Rights Academy

The overall objective of the project is strengthening trade unions to ensure better working conditions for workers in garment sector in BiH through labour education programmes, strengthening collective bargaining power of women workers and their union representatives in textile and footwear industry in Bosnia and Herzegovina and empowerment of renewed trade unions in the TCLF sector.

Trade union members and trade union representatives from Garment and footwear trade union from both entities in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as garment and footwear workers in Bosnia and Herzegovina in general. Female workers are given preference.
